went back to tokyo, kyoto, and osaka. still my favorite country in the world, nothing changed. this time was more relaxed because i already knew how everything worked, so less planning and more just being there. revisited some places i loved from the first trip, found new spots, wandered into neighborhoods i hadn't explored before. going back only confirmed what i already knew: you could visit japan ten times and still find something new. i'll keep going back as long as i can.
